I have been a part of the ICS team since its establishment in November 2016. I manage business activities focusing on the financial and strategic growth of the organization. I maintain a strong relationship with my team and our clientele in order to maintain good revenue growth and high satisfactory rates amongst our clients. By day, I focus most of my time on developing and growing the company. By night I am a cooking addict, doting husband, and father of a beautiful daughter.

One word that describes my work experience at ICS is “awesome”. It has been 3 years since my induction into ICS, and it has been nothing short of an amazing learning experience. As the Graphics Team Lead, my role in the company is to communicate with the team members and deliver quality work. I have learnt a lot and my journey as a Graphic Designer has improved tremendously. The relationships I have had the privilege to build with coworkers and management, professional developments, and work-life balances, all makes my current role at ICS unique from my previous jobs. Outside of the office, I love riding my bike with my friends in the mountains and spending my weekends with my family.

Being a proposal writer and dedicatedly working for ICS for 3 years has been a great journey that has inspired me to work even harder to achieve my goals. The credit to our successes goes to the management and the true enthusiasm that our employees have towards the organization’s development. From the management to the staff executives, I share a great bond with them all. In my free time, I love listening to 90’s music and occasionally dancing to Punjabi songs.
Our organization values its employees and puts their best efforts to keep them happy and healthy, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. They have gone above and beyond to ensure that they are putting the health and safety of their employees above everything else. When the lockdown first hit, they went to extraneous lengths to ensure that every single employee was able to continue to work remotely and successfully in support of our clients.
Apart from work, ICS has come with innovative methods for maintaining interaction with the team by means of fun activities every Friday. Our ICS Management Team motivates us to participate in additional activities that helps us in keeping in touch with the team, expressing our opinions, and actively contributing to the fun team-bonding games.
On the whole, ICS is the perfect blend of entrepreneurship, professionalism, and a positive atmosphere.
