Senior Proposal Writer

The candidate will be responsible for providing support to the local US team in writing proposals, RFXs (RFP, RFI, RFQ), SOWs and Business & Technical presentations. The candidate must possess solid business acumen, a strong quantitative/technical background, and proven strategic business analysis experience. The ideal candidate must have inquisitiveness and a desire for continued self-improvement and development of new skills. The individual will be a key member of the proposal development team aiding in developing winning proposal responses. To qualify, the candidate must have solid experience in IT solutions and staffing for RFPs/RFIs/RFQs response creation.

Job Requirement:
The person will be required to:

  • Prepare responses for Federal IT Solutioning/Staffing RFPs/RFIs/RFQs
  • Analyze RFPs/RFIs/RFQs to prepare response outlines and compliance matrices
  • Research and gather technical and business information for use in proposal development activities
  • Develop technically accurate written content
  • Ensure compliance with proposal requirements
  • Review RFP/RFQ/RFI documents and responses prepared by other team members
  • Coordinate with fellow team members for successful delivery of proposals
  • Assist in maintaining and updating a database of information pertaining to proposals, including but not limited to: past performances, references, technical write-ups, management approaches, etc.
  • Ensure proposals have zero spelling and grammatical errors (U.S. English)
  • Be quick & thorough in developing responses to RFPs/RFIs

Required Skills and Experience:
A person with following skills and experience is required:

  • Graduate with 8+ years of experience in writing proposals/ responses for US Federal/State agencies
  • Experience in preparing proposal status trackers, proposal outlines, and compliance matrices
  • Experience in creating boilerplates for proposal responses and maintaining past performance databases
  • Extensive Microsoft Office PowerPoint, Word, and Excel proficiency
  • Extensive technical writing experience and experience in creating and reshaping content as required

Senior Technical Recruiter (US Staffing)

The need is for hands-on, experienced IT technical recruiters who can identify quality candidates through appropriate technical questions, open-ended questions, and behavioral questions while weeding out candidates whose body of experience does not correlate to the resume and/or who are at risk of not having a successful interview and/or placement. The ideal candidate must have inquisitiveness and a desire for continued self-improvement and development of new skills.

Skill Set

  • Partnering with hiring managers to determine the staffing needs
  • Experience in the entire U.S. Recruitment lifecycle from sourcing, screening, selection, salary/rate negotiation
  • Negotiating & finalizing rates on per hour basis for W2, Corp-Corp candidates
  • Sourcing candidates from different portals (Monster, Dice CareerBuilder etc.), databases, networking, references etc.

Job Overview:
The Account Manager’s multi-faceted position will facilitate the representation of a client’s opportunity to potential candidates, recommend the most appropriate physician candidate for the specific opportunity, and, subsequently, undertake the role of the liaison between Healthcare and the physician for the duration of the assignment.
